SMS / Text Messaging Policy

1. Program Description

NuBrand Media may offer SMS/text communications for acquisition inquiries, transaction updates, and deal alerts (the "Program"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from NuBrand Media at that number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies by inquiry and deal activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. You may also opt out by emailing Kurt@nubrandmedia.com.

5. Privacy of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messages (e.g., our SMS platform provider) or as required by law. 6. Eligibility & Supported Carriers

The Program is available to U.S. mobile subscribers age 18+. Supported by major U.S. carriers; availability on all carriers is not guaranteed.

7. Changes

We may modify or terminate the Program at any time. Material changes will be posted to this page.
